Management and Support Services/Administration
Management is headed by the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) who is also the overall supervisor to all staff in the District. The Department has the following sectors; Administration, Human Resource, Information, Records, and sub county administration and Functions of the department include:
 Ensuring service delivery in the District
 Build capacity of the technical staff in the District
 Ensure communication and accountability to all stakeholders
 To recruit and retain competent staff in the District
 Establish an efficient and effective records management in the District
 To motivate staff morale and working environment in the District
 Manage Procurement Services
 Human Resource Management, More so Payroll Management Systems
 Supervision of Sub County program implementation.
