Planning
This Department is headed by a District Planner and its functions are:
 Promote utilization of statistical data in the development planning process
 Ensure adherence to the implementation guidelines of conditional grants
 Coordinate birth and death registration activities in the district.
 Ensure quality out puts for all development projects being implemented in the district.
 Monitoring and Evaluation of Sector plans
 Plan for the District.
 Collect Statistical data
 Prepare PBS reports
